The Cabbage Patch is enviromentally sustainable and dedicated to delivering our food from the farms directly to your table. The food starts at one of many local farms, where we work directly with farmers to make sure you get the quality of food you deserve. We guarentee that each plant is non-GMO, pesticide free, and organic.

Once the food is harvested, it undergoes a series of checks and tests to make sure that it is of the highest quality for your enjoyment. The food is sent by electric vehicle where our chefs can recieve and cook it specially for you!

We dump any and all food waste into a nitrogen-rich compost bin outside of the restaurant. Every week, we harvest the fertilizer and send it back to the farms from which the food came. That fertilizer will be used to nourish more plants, and the cycle begins anew.
